John Consolino is a lifelong resident and has great love and appreciation for the city of Salem. After attending Eastern Illinois University, he quickly decided that coming back and serving the people from his community was what he really wanted to do. His values of hard work and determination have served him well over those years in that endeavor.


During his 24 years as a teacher and administrator, John is most proud of the relationships that he built with students, families, and staff members, as well as, helping educators develop a culture of respect, responsibility, and kindness. Serving the counties of Clinton, Jefferson, Marion and Washington, as Assistant Regional Superintendent of Schools, John has a vast knowledge of school districts, their staffs, and the services they can provide, all vital components of choosing the right home for you.


John is eager to help you with all of your buying and selling needs. His first priority is serving his clients, ensuring they are happy and know they are being taken care of.


John and his wife Kristi live in Salem and have been married for 25 years. They have three sons: Zachary, Carter, and Drew.
